Privacy Policy for Simon Branston Ltd

Who we are

Simon Branston Ltd is a consultancy business that helps organisations equip their leaders to design and deliver strategic and operational priorities, structure their businesses and effectively allocate resources. We work mainly with medium large organisations, our business being obtained through recruitment agencies and existing networks.

Types of data we collect

The data collected, stored and processed by Simon Branston Ltd is very limited. We do not have a mailing list or send out newsletters/blogs. We do not sell any products.

We keep details (name, organisation, email, phone number and web address, where applicable) of clients, ex clients, enquiries and prospects. We also keep details of our professional networks for collaborative purposes. These details are stored on Gmail within the google premium service (which uses two-factor authentication) and on electronic files. No information will ever be sold, rented out or used for purposes other than running the business of Simon Branston Ltd. We do not share information with third parties. 

The amount of information held is commensurate with that required for business need – we do not keep any personal details other than those necessary to conduct the business. For prospects, these consist of various details that are freely available on the web and social media and again, no more details than are necessary to meet legitimate business interests.

No data will be kept longer than is necessary for legitimate business interests – however, there is significant crossover between types of work and clients of Simon Branston Ltd, so it is reasonable that clients and potential clients will expect to be approached many years after we have first engaged.
