I bring over 20 years of extensive experience in leadership, learning and organisational development, holding a wide variety of director and senior management roles across public and private sector organisations. My clients include large businesses (such as global banks and the NHS), small businesses, professional services companies, NGO’s and local government bodies.
Advised on and implemented an HR Excellence Award winning strategy as part of one of the world’s largest learning transformation programmes. This was delivered to over 100 teams in 12 business units and enabled the UK’s largest commercial bank to turn a £324m loss into a £1,575m underlying profit in 12 months.
Worked with Leeds Beckett University to design and deliver the Institute of Directors’ Diploma in Company Direction and a range of other bespoke leadership programmes.
